MAGNOLIA LAKES WEBSITE LOGGING IN PROCEDURES

 

GUIDELINES:

 

·         Only residents are permitted access to the website and registration is required due to the personal and financial information contained on the website.

 

·         Residents are requested to use the email address shown in the Community Directory when requesting access. This is required to validate the applicant’s residency.

 

·         Only one email address per resident is permitted. Separate registrations for a resident and his/her spouse are permitted as long as each resident uses a unique email address.

 

·         If you do not log out at the end of the session you will not have to log back in.

 

NEW REGISTRATIONS:

 

·         Go to https://www.magnolialakesvillas.com/, click the LOGIN/SIGN UP tab, and  enter your email address and password. Re-enter the password.

 

·         Click “Sign-up.”

 

·         After verification of your residency by the Webmaster, a notice will be sent to you by WIX (The website server) to the email address you used to register.

REGISTERED MEMBERS LOG IN:

 

·         Go to https://www.magnolialakesvillas.com/ and click the LOGIN/SIGN UP tab, 

 

·         In the “Sign up” box, click “I’m already a member – log in.” (See illustration above).

 

·         A “Log in” box will appear.  

 

·         Enter the email address and password you used to register and “Remember Me.” Click “Log In.”

 

·         If you forgot your password or want to change it, select “Forgot password?”

·         Enter your email address that you used to register.

 

·         Click “Reset Password.”

·         You will receive a message “Please Check Your Email. We’ve emailed you a link to reset your                   password."

  •    The email will say “You have asked to reset your password. Click this link to enter a new                    password. If you didn't request a password change, please ignore this email."  Click the link and      enter your new password.

 

·         If you wish to change your password, click the link and enter the new password.

 

 

CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS:

 

·         If you change your email address, you do not have to change anything to log in. Just be sure to enter the OLD email address when you log in – the one you used when you registered. Your email address is your “User Name.” If you need to be contacted, the email in the Community Directory will be used, and this may or may not be the same as you used to register.

 

·         Make sure that you notify the Communications Committee of your new email address. magnolialakecomm@gmail.com

 

·         If you do not wish to use your old email address to register, contact the Webmaster. Your account will be deleted, and you will need to register as a new user with your new email address. You can retain your old password or use a new one.

 

IF ALL ELSE FAILS:

 

Contact the Webmaster using the CONTACTS tab.You do not have to be logged in to do this.
